Rongo University TVET was ably represented by Ms. Winnie Ojwando (ICT Department) and Ms. Irene Otieno (Food and Beverage Department) at a Four-Day Capacity Building Workshop on Competency-Based Education and Training (CBET) Modular Curriculum Delivery for University TVETs.

The workshop, hosted at Jomo Kenyatta University, Karen Campus, under the leadership of Dr. Esther Thaara Muoria, Principal Secretary, State Department for TVET, brought together University TVET institutions and key stakeholders to advance the rollout of CBET in higher education. Discussions centered on aligning training with industry needs, enhancing institutional capacity, and strengthening the delivery of modular curricula.
