This weekend of 5th and 6th February, 2022, The Rongo University team comprising karate, taekwondo, table tennis, badminton, lawn tennis and darts both men and women will head to Maseno University for the inter-university competitions.

The university team that represented this region at nationals in karate will battle it out with universities and universitiy colleges like Maseno University, Kisii University, Kibabii University, Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology and Kabianga University.

The team is promising good representation.
