User Services
This section focuses on engaging with library users and promoting library resources and services. It oversees periodical services, special collections, and circulation services. Staff assist users with locating materials, placing holds, and answering questions at the circulation desk.
Digital Services Section
This section manages the library’s digital infrastructure, including the library management system, website, and online resources. It supports technology services such as computer labs, the repository, online past exam papers, electronic resources, and MyLOFT.
Technical Section
This section handles the behind-the-scenes operations of the library. It acquires, organizes, and maintains collections that support teaching, learning, and research activities within the academic community.
