On Friday 17th March 2023, Rongo University, Child Fund and Lake Region Development Program signed a tripartite MoU. The partnership will enable the three parties to collaborate in the fields of childcare practice, training and research, and dissemination of knowledge in the area of child welfare,community development approaches, life skill promotion, sexual reproductive education for the students population, and child protection and safeguarding. The MoU was signed by RU VC Prof Samuel Gudu, Child Fund Country Director Alice Anukur, and LRDP Board Chair Rose Achieng.
