Rongo University Explores Impactful Partnerships with the High Commission of Canada
On 14th August 2025, Rongo University had the honour of hosting Ms. Charity Kabaya, Trade Commissioner Assistant at the High Commission of Canada in Kenya, for a strategic visit aimed at exploring impactful partnership opportunities.
Ms. Kabaya was warmly welcomed by our Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Administration, Finance & Planning), Prof. Daniel Tarus, who chaired a productive meeting that focused on:
- Curriculum Development
- Staff & Student Exchange Programs
- Capacity Building through Skills Enhancement
Also present were Mr. Bosire Monari Mwebi – Council Chairperson, University of Kabianga, Dr. Stephen Oloo (Head of Administrative Services), Dr. Francis Olal, Dr. Millicent Atieno, and Dr. Peter Oyier.
