Agribusiness constitutes the knowledge and principles of agriculture, science, economics and business for the production, processing and marketing of agricultural commodities. It exists on the foundation of the entire agricultural value chain extending from farm inputs, through on-farm businesses, to processing, transportation, credit and marketing.
