Rongo University hosted a two-day internal training for staff members from the health department. The event was a success and featured a range of topics that included stress management, burnout, counseling principles, and communication skills. The training was led by Mr. Daniel Otwiru, a counseling personnel . His expertise in the field was evident as he skillfully guided the participants through the various sessions, leaving them more knowledgeable and empowered.

On the second day of the training, Mr. William Bunde took charge of the communication skills topic. His approach was practical, informative, and engaging, ensuring that everyone in attendance could relate to the subject matter. It was great to see the participants’ willingness to learn and apply the skills they learned in their day-to-day activities. Rongo University is proud to have hosted such a transformative event, and we look forward to more opportunities to empower our staff members.
