📘To acquire, organize, and provide relevant information resources that support academic programmes and all teaching, learning, and research activities at Rongo University.
📙To promote effective use of information resources through capacity building, information literacy programmes, and the adoption of emerging technologies.
📕To preserve and disseminate Rongo University’s intellectual output through a sustainable institutional repository.
📘To continuously enhance physical spaces and technological infrastructure in order to improve the quality and accessibility of library services.
