HUMAN RESOURCE DEPARTMENT

Introduction

Human Resource department sets the strategic direction and articulates the vision that places the Rongo University Human Resources community at the very cornerstone of its mission of care and service to all stakeholders. The department’s service begins with the University’s people, and it works to ensure that the University is positioned and resourced to hire, develop, and retain a world-class workforce in service to benefit our stakeholders. The department champions quality work life with attractive employment programs, innovative training, human resources management, robust diversity and inclusion programs, proactive conflict resolution, worker safety and wellness, building management, and positive labor/management partnerships.
