UNILEAD Eastern Africa 2024: Enhancing Leadership and Management in Higher Education
Rongo University, in partnership with the University of Oldenburg, is proud to announce the UNILEAD Eastern Africa 2024 program.
This initiative, part of the DIES programme, offers a unique opportunity for young managers from Eastern African higher education institutions to develop critical skills in project management, digital transformation, and collaboration within higher education.
The program is structured around a blended learning approach, including two on-site contact phases at Rongo University and trainer-guided online phases.
Participants will engage in an intensive curriculum focusing on:
- Project Management: Learn methodologies and financial management strategies for effective project handling.
- Digital Transformation in Higher Education: Implement digital strategies at various institutional levels.
- Collaboration in Higher Education: Initiate and manage collaborations with national and international institutions and industry.
Participants will also work on individual change projects, applying their learning to real-world challenges at their home institutions. This practical approach ensures that the skills and knowledge gained are directly applicable to their professional contexts.
